Chrome exhaust pipes......where to get???

I'm looking for chrome replacement exhaust pipes (tail piece) for my generator and my aqua hot. The originals are rusted and worn out. Can anyone give me some directions as to who I can contact for the best prices?

Thanks
Don

Also, where can one get higher quality ones that will not simply rust again?

Don

I was able to find the correct size for my engine exhaust system on E-Bay. I bought the stainless steel tips as they resist rusting like the Chrome ones do. Just type in "Exhaust Tips" in the e-bay search browsers and you will see thousands of them. To refine your search just add the size you need along with exhaust tip and you should find what you need. Make sure if you do buy from e-bay you stick with a seller with a good rating and that's in the USA.

Good luck !

Try a large truck stop or the Chrome Shops that are usually next door to the truck stop.

I just bought one at O'Rielly Auto Parts for $3.99...yes you read that right

The quality of the chrome is sub standard but not really noticeable down under the coach. I think I could have it re-chromed and still be in it for less than half of what an 'actual' generator exhaust tip costs!

You might try Northwest RV Supply in Eugene, OR. I've been through one of their stores and there is almost anything you want for a RV. Joe Cioli is the owner. Their Email is mail@nwrvsupply.com, web site is Northwest RV Supply, and toll free phone is 866-678-7467. Keep them in mind if you need anything for the RV.

Thanks TankCJ........ went by O'Reilly's Auto Parts and yes they had a large assorment of the tips on the back wall. I bought 2 tips, one for my generator the other for my aquahot, I only spent $16. Thanks for the suggestion.......

Diesel Tip

My 07 Southwind, Ford F53 chassis, has a big ugly exhaust protruding out the left side just rear of the dual. It's secure and fully functionally but with full body paint the coach looks like a tuxedo with a brown pair of shoes sort of...

I looked around and finally picked up a SS diesel exhaust tip, large diameter, from O'Reilly for about $30. It secures with 3 screws and has stayed on tight for the past 9 months. Look much better....
