cigarette light fuse location

I have a 1999 winni suncrusier. the cigarette lighter does not have power. I don't smoke but want to use it to power my GPS. Does anyone know the location of the fuse? is it on the block under the dash panel?

On my chevy chassis there was nothing in the fuse block. I looked at the back of the lighter (for wire color) and had no fuse there either. Then I had to check ALL of the blue wires coming through the firewall and found the fuse inline outside of the fuse block. And it will either be in the last or next to last wire of that color you can check - never fails...

According to the Front End Wiring Install diagram for your coach the power to the dash cigar lighter socket is supplied by a wire labelled MK. On page 6 of the same file you can see that the wire MK is connected to the 25 amp circuit breaker labelled CHASSIS BATTERY FEED in the lower left corner of the panel. You can also take a look at the Automotive Wiring Diagram for your coach (I see Chevy and Ford references in this diagram, so it looks like it may cover multiple chassis).
