No! It is either run pump_or_ hook up to city water, which also supplies water pressure. I have been 2-3 campgrounds where city water pressure was so low I had to re-fill onboard water tank and use the water pump to take a shower.
If water runs out of anywhere (except a faucet) hooked up to city water, something is not right.

Once connected to city water you have 2 choices; 1) fill your holding tank or supply water directly to faucets. You will need to switch the valve in the wet bay to either Tank Fill or City Water or word to that effect.
