Class A mh storage in Phoenix area

I am curious what you are paying for covered or uncovered storage in the Phoenix area, more specifically Chandler. We are probably purchasing a 38 ft.er that we can park on our current property, but we are investigating downsizing to Sun Lakes and we would like to have an idea what it would cost us to store the mh in that area since Sun Lakes doesn't allow RV parking on you property.
I have viewed various storage websites, but they seem to be curiously silent on actual prices.
thanks

I used Premiere RV Storage in the West Valley for several years for my 40DP. After an initial "teaser rate"... I paid $150/mo for a 50' covered slip.

I stored my MH in Phoenix for the first time this summer. Previously I kept it stored in Tucson. I did a lot of searching and in most cases had to call to get storage rates. I'm paying $180 a month for outdoor covered storage. I needed a 50' spot for my MH and toad. I ended up renting a 70' spot (two 35' spots end to end). I don't mind paying for the extra space because I'm able to pull my MH to the north end of the spot leaving the south 20' or so empty. By doing that I get no sun on either my MH or toad at any time during the day. I think that's very important and well worth the extra $$$. Here's a link to the company I'm using.

I pay $64.00/mo (after tax) uncovered in Avondale (west side of Phoenix). They offer one month free if you pay a year at a time which brings it down to ~58 bucks a month.
