Just as in any vehicle you adjust the mirrors to your liking.

The mirror is more than likely Velvac. After extensive research their the only company I have found that make MH mirror.
Towards the bottom of the mirror is a little cover using a med size screwdriver remove cover. Using a hex wrench AKA Allen wrench, olden screws adjust mirror re tighten hex screw. Do not attempt to adjust mirror without loosening set screw, it was an expesive fix.

Thanks all.......I must consult forrest river because the mirror arms on both sides are different so there may be some aerodynamics involved here and there might not be a moving factor......

All rearview mirrors are adjustable. It's just a matter of knowing how they adjust.

Reading your OP, sounds like you might be getting some air flow disruption off the mirror that is 'burbling' onto the driver's side window. You may be able to make some adjustment to the mirror's arm (out or inward) to smooth out the air flow. There's usually recessed set screws in the arm that can be tightened/loosened with an Allen wrench. Bob
