Class A motorhome warrenty

For those who have purchased new Class A motorhomes, I have a question. Is there a "New Truck" warranty? Ie. engine, drive train and electronics. If so, is it the same as a new truck, 3 years/36,000 miles or something like that?

The warranty will be specific to the chassis manufacturer and will vary as such.

With my diesel pusher the motor, transmission, chassis, and all appliances come with separate manufactures warranty. Their term of coverage is different. The motor has a 5 year warranty from Cummins and the chassis Freightliner is 3 years.

As one example, the ford F53 chassis comes with a 3 year 36,000 mile "bumper to bumper" warranty and a 5 year 60,000 mile powertrain warranty. Those are ONLY on the chassis as supplied by Ford. Anything added (including the house itself) is typically on the manufacturer (IE Tiffin). Then there are all the appliances installed, which come with their own warranties (TVs, A/C unit, generator, inverter, etc...

Yes they do but your more likely not going to need it, just the manufacturers warranty.
