Unhappy Class A motorhome windshield wiper blades

I could not beleive the price of 2 windsheild wipers blades was 86.87 at the local rv dealer. Seems like anything related to any kind of recreation is very expensive.

No knowing what system you have. Mine are held on with a bolt and nut. I just measured them and went to Walmart and replaced them. 9 bucks each for the good ones.

For our Bounder, we just get the longest cut to fit rubber piece pkg at any auto parts store. Cut 'em in half & we get 2 out of 1 pkg that cost about 15 bucks.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Used goodyears from COSTCO and they work really well. Had to modify the connector but it was worth it.

Lifetime supply for 10 bucks...

Our first long trip to Nashville. Just outside Chattanooga, at night in the rain and the drivers side windshield wiper blade departs the coach for places unknown. Fortunately the bare wiper arm did not scratch the windshield and I could still see ok, but with traffic and whatever I did not want to go much further. We pulled off at the first exit and there was a truck stop. The largest wipers they had were 24 inch flat blades. For $8 each. They were much shorter than the OEMs, but still fit on the arms, cleaned more than enough windshield for me to see and I still have them on there.

I do the same, just remove the centerpiece that the regular auto arm connect to and bolt them in place. If your working over gravely or dirt, put something down so you don't lose the small nut when you drop it like I did.

I had the same problem but the local O'Reillys Auto Parts store was able to order them for me. They had reference books on RV's! They were $38.99 each!

Trico has wiper blades for most RV's, your local dealer may not have them. Look them up on this web site and have your local dealer order them.

Don't buy from them and furthermore, stay away from Dealers whenever possible.
If you don't like figuring and doing things for yourself, then drive your rig into a an auto parts store lot and let them do a free install with something that will work for you. Most sure the cheaper ones won't cost anywhere near 86 bucks, either.
This is where I always get mine and have never had to go elsewhere as yet, so now I just take the old ones in and match them up.
