Class A Windshield replacement in the Orlando Area

Has anyone had a single piece Class A windshield replaced in the Orlando area recently? Insurance company is directing me to work thru Duncan Systems to coordinate a replacement. Duncan apparently does not actually do the work, but administers the claim for my insurance company. Looking for positive and negative experiences (cracking, leaking, popping out whatever). Since this is a 2015 I'd imagine replacement glass is available, but getting a quality install is what I'm after.

Safelite has already told me the crack (5 inches long) is not repairable with a resin patch.

I've used Duncan twice in Lakeland. The installation was done by
their former employee, who went out on his own, Mike Howard
his number is 813 780 8080. He is great, quality of workmanship
was perfect ! You are in good hands with these guys. You should
have them come to you, and you are advised to not drive the
coach for 24 hours to allow the sealant to fully cure.
I live in Maryland, I drove to Florida to have the work done,
because I wanted it done right, and it was !!
Send me a PM if I can help further.

That's what I wanted to hear. I spoke to them today and it sounds like they know their stuff. They will come to me in Orlando.

Last year while at Lazy Day's I watch them put one in.

I had a crack in my windshield and my insurance company did the same thing, they let Duncan Systems coordinate the repair from a local shop.

Unfortunately I didn't have as good of luck in East TN, the company that did it didn't set the windshield as it should have been and while on a trip in Florida it shifted.

I contacted Duncan Systems and they had a mobile guy doing work in the area but was swamped. We were in the process of traveling through Tampa where they have a warehouse facility. They instructed me to come to that shop and the pulled and reset the windshield and it has been good since.

Coincidently the person the worked on my coach at the time was Mike Howard, he did a great job and knew what he was doing, this was in 2010, glad to see he's still in the business and providing great service.

Also good that Duncan stood behind there work, that's worth something also.
