Hi harley and welcome to posting on iRV2. I guess you may be from another part of the country where real estate is very, very high. Riverbend is a very nice RV community. I live in South Florida and IMO Riverbend prices are not undervalued. For me, they are at or just above market value, for what the resort offers.

That was exactly our thoughts when reading the original post. After looking at the resort website, it pretty much confirmed that thought in our minds.
