Cleaner - Decals, taped graphics, etc.

I purchased a 2000 Monaco Diplomat that was well taken care of, however, the taped graphics were dingy, spotted, streaked and soiled. The previous owner waxed the coach once a year and the fiberglass looks great. Tried many cleaners and wasn't able to improve/clean the graphics. Finally I tried a cleaner we used in the aerospace/electronics industry. Below is a safe version of that cleaner.

ChemMach VBSD Cleaner

Boil 1 cup of white vinegar
Add 4 Tablespoons of baking soda(VERY SLOWLY)
Add 1cup liquid detergent as free from additives as is available.
I used basic Dawn.
Eyewear always a good safety precaution
