Cleaning a TPO Roof
Would anyone be willing to share what they use for cleaning a TPO type roof? This is newer MH, so this would be the first cleaning. Thanks in advance.

Our TPO roof cleans fairly easily with a mild detergent and a soft brush on a long handle. This way runoff does not effect the sidewall wax.

Check your O & M Manual. It says use Mild Laundry Detergent.

Fleetwood recommends Murphy Oil Soap. I have mixed in some Dawn if it was really dirty.

Amen to the mild soap, I use the same stuff as the rest of
the coach, with a regular scrub brush on a long handle.
After it has dried, I mop it with 303 Protectorant.
Here is their link:
303 Products, Inc.: 303 Aerospace Protectant
I do this twice a season, and after 3 years, my roof looks
as good as day one.
