Cleaning Racor 300200 fuel filter

My Racor (Winn) 300200 prefilter is leaking. I want to replace the O rings and clean the element, but I'm concerned about the diesel fuel that will leak out when I remove the 300200 prefilter. I do not see any valve to shut off the diesel from the fuel tank while the prefilter is being serviced. Any advice?

Is there a flexible fuel line feeding the filter? If so, fuel line clamping pliers will pinch it closed and minimize the leakage. Available at any auto parts store.
