Close to pulling the trigger on a 2010 Vista 30W

We had a 2001 Brave 30W that was great, but got a little long in the tooth. We looked and looked, and decided to downsize to a Class C. We have had great times in it these past 4 years, for sure. Easier to drive, better at gas stations, and being able to make do with a smaller site when needed was truly a bonus.

The thing we missed the most, believe it or not, was storage space. And when I became a scuba professional with all the associated gear, things got even worse.

When my wife opened the shower and was greeted by the new gas grill I bought that I thought would fit in a storage bay but didn't, let's just say when momma ain't happy ....The worst thing for me was the fact that she was right.

We are looking at the one with the 2 chairs, pull out table and 40"LCD. It's an unusual layout, but I really like it. The open space in the living room is a thing to behold. And where the TV is located, you can actually turn the captains chairs around and become part of the living room instead of having to keep the chairs forward if you want to sit in one of those chairs, just to watch a tv that is right in your face.

If there are any owners of a Winnebago Vista 30W with this layout and have any information that might be useful, or just something they would like to share, it would be very much appreciated.

We have 2014 Vista 30 T ( new last fall) We took a few short shake out trips, then took our 1st ( month ) long trip in December. Three adults traveling with a dog, two cats and Christmas presents and we had empty space left! We currently have a grill, table and chairs, door mat, bottled water, tools and various other stuff in the bays and still had the one under the bed empty. We also ended up having some empty cabinet space inside empty! That was one of the reasons we got the Vista, lots of storage! The floor plan is great for our needs too!
