Question Coach armor cleaner?

I have a plastic coach armor on the front of my 2000 Country Coach Allure. My instructions indicate using Plexus or Novus #1 to polish it. I am wondering if anyone has used a product you can buy at Walmart or local retailer such as ProtectAll, RainX, or Armor All that will work just as well?

Be careful what you use. Some products may scratch it. I have seen a couple that were painted to match the coach that looked pretty nice.

Plexus and Novus are plastic polish, the others are not. In my opinion I wouldn't use ArmorAll on anything.

Novus works well. There are three different levels. Level 1 is for regular cleaning and contains no abrasives. If your shield was scratched up, you would start with level 3 and work your way down to level 1.

I have the Nova products and did have the shield.

I found the best way to remove the scratches was to remove the shield.

I have Diamond Shield on mine which I assume is what you have or similar. I use Aerospace 303 on it. I use this product on anything that is not metal at least once per year. Tires, roof, dash, diamond shield etc.

Amazon.com: 303 aerospace protectant

"I have Diamond Shield on mine which I assume is what you have or similar..."

FYI, Diamond Shield is not the same a coach armor.

I use the same stuff that I use on airplane windshields. Novus makes a good kit. You can also use Meguiar's products. A power ball makes for short work.

I have also used a slurry of corn starch and water to remove scratches and then a polish.

After I get the armor all cleaned up, I then use ReJex on it

Thanks for the info,
I keep my coach under 30,000 feet so I just use ordinary stuff.
The Devil made me say it.
