lights out

Yes you can check these lights with a multimeter on the dc scale as these are 12 volt dc lights.Remove the plastic covers and take the bulb out make sure the fixture is turned on and take the red probe touch it to the inside element of socket and the black probe to outside of socket and you should read 12 volts. If you do not you can take the fixture down from ceiling by removing screws and pull the wiring out of the ceiling to where it is usually wire nutted to the fixture pull the the wires loose there and check to make sure you have power going to the fixture. If no power there I would check fuses for the 12 volt side of coach.

Did you check the bulbs first? I would do that. Multi-meter set on OHMS. One lead on center terminal of bulb and other lead touching outside of the bulb . no resistance, bad bulb.

Multi-meter will work.

I usually switch out a known good bulb with the non-working bulb to make the same test.
