Had one on the 2000 DSDP, will never have another. Supposed to take it off in the rain, not supposed to leave it on when parked in the sun. People have done it and ruined trhe paint as the temps got too high and ruined the paint. More trouble than it's worth.

Hi 2retseniorgs,
Welcome to iRV2. One thing you'll get, on this site are posts that do not answer the questions you asked. I have a bra on my coach and it works as advertised. I would make the same purchase again. I also have a bra for each of my cars. For me, it is much better than having the plastic shield. I got the bra at Wades RV. Go to Wade RV | Seffner, FL | Located On Site at Lazydays | Sun Screens, Custom Window Graphics, Dashboard Mats, Front Masks, Wheel Covers, Entry Mats, Step Mats, Upholstery, Vinyl Repair and read about them.

Each bra they make is custom made for a each coach. It takes one or two days from start to finish. I do not know if you are located near them or might be passing through where they are located.

Gary,

I used Coastline Cover. They are located in Rancho Cucamonga CA, which is about 50 miles east of Los Angeles. They did a wonderful job and I waited inside my coach while they did the work. Took about 4 hours total.

Here is their website: http://www.coastlinecover.com/coach.htm

I have had mine on in all types of weather and it has never done any harm to my paint's finish whatsoever. I remove it when storing the RV, but it stay's on literally all camping season, unless I'm washing the coach.

Keep the mask protected with 303 and it will look nice and last a long, long time.

Craig

CoastLine Cover for sure. I had one made for the Bus over 3 years ago and it's got about 60,000 miles on it. This includes 2 trips to Alaska. If you clean it periodically it does NOT damage the paint. I have bought 3 toad and the Bus cover from these guys and will go back again when I need another.

Had one made from local car cover co and it works great. I find no problem removing and reinstalling. Had it made after a trip to St Petersburg Florida in you guessed it love bug season. Traviling on I-75 and 275 the front of the coach was black (not the color of the coach) and took 2 hrs to remove. Now have some love bug remover and it works great on the mask material, glass and wheels. Helps protect the front were we store the coach when they cut the grass.

Thanks for the info. Some people love them, some people hate them. And they're not cheap.

What is not cheap is the 3M film or the Diamond film. I had a Bra on my 95 HR Endeavor and the only thing I ever noticed was the 3M stripe decals fogged after 7 years.
