Coach-Net

Had to use Coach-Net for the first time last week and was very pleased. Blew a tire on the hot interstate highway and they had a repair truck there in less than an hour. Very good work.

Our tow was 16 miles and the charge was just under $700. Coach-Net paid it all even though it was a double tow. (towed to a FL shop who said they could get right on it, then reneiged and said a week, when we got there. So CN authorized a tow to another shop that did get on it in just a few hours.)

PDR John, I gave him 2 12oz. lemonaides. He said that he normally would not take them, but this was not a normal day. Also supplied water during the process.

I had a technical issue with my generator midnight in a Walmart parking lot this past memorial day and called them for support. They answered the call immediately and had a technician conferenced in to help solve the issue. I received the service as part of purchasing the rig and plan On renewing it.
