That said: I was not satisfied with Coach-Net. We were on the 101 in Washington, Thursday before a holiday weekend. Needed help with the jacks which would not go up. The on-call telephone tech just read to me the instruction guide, which I told him I had in my hand. Then they called the office at campground I was at to get the name of a local mobile tech. They called out the RV tech, but I had to pay for the service call. Basicly, in my case, Coach-Net was useless.
I now have Good Sam. I have not had occassion to use them, and hope and pray that I will never have occassion to use them.
Happy Trails, and may you never need your ERS either.
I originally went & stayed with GS for about 8 years. I had to use them several times for various reasons. In my experience they dispatched service trucks & drivers inappropriate or unprepared for a 34' motorhome about one-half the time. After I joined FMCA & discovered Coach-Net, I dropped GS & bought Coach-Net's ERS. I've had their ERS for about 10 years. Sadly, I've had occasion to use it several times over the years & I have NEVER been disappointed in their service nor their dispatched service provider. I HIGHLY recommend Coach-Net's ERS.

Just broke down last night at rush hour on hwy. 210........with in 1 hour the tow company showed up and did their thing......moved us to a Wal-mart parking lot while they located a repair site. Then they came this moring and towed us to a Cummings site and repairs are being made as I am typing.

They have called a few time to check on us even, along with letting us know the eta of the tow truck.

We would never use any other service as long as they continue their great services!

Coach-Net to the rescue.
Toad went in a deep ditch during a cloud burst. Called Coach-net and after asking if I was in a safe place, sent out a truck that had me out and on my way within 1 hour.
Now the tow truck driver tried to get a few extra $$ out of me by saying it was more than a $90 job, but I told him it was a $35 job and Coach-Net was over paying him. He ended p giving me a small LED flashlight for helping him.
All's well that ends well :>)

I just switched to Coach-Net after having GS for many years. Only needed service once a couple years ago and GS was a pain to deal with (dispatcher was horrible). Always remembered that event and finally decided to try Coach-Net. My research returned good things about Coach-Net.

Just in case you are not convinced of the popularity of Coach-Net from the reponses to this thread, feel free to peruse thru the 4 pages of glowing praise I recieved when I posed this same question last year...

Well we maybe revising our opinion about Coachnet. We have been broke down since Tuesday and its been a fiascoe with the Technician we have had via them.........After making a second move because they advised us to go to a site that did not do what we needed.........This has been a nightmare and will write more once we hear back from their management team.

Sorry to hear about your breakdown. Hopefully you will get back on the road quickly. We have had Coachnet for 3 years - had to use them once and they were great.

What are you wanting them to do?
