Coach Net is awesome!

New to owning a class a so we decided to purchase coach net for $89 yr. The first week we had it we got it stuck in our yard and buried it to the rear axle. Called coach net and they had someone there within 1/2 hr and winched us out. Nothing but asphalt for us from now on. Tow truck guy told me it would have cost me $675 but he billed them and took care of everything. I'm impressed. Customers for life!

That why I dropped my prior towing add-on to my extended warranty that would not help me under the same circumstances. I now have CoachNet.

Bought Coach net when I bought my new Bounder. Was hesitant as first and haven't used it yet.
Glad to hear they can be relied on.

We are picking up our first Class A on Friday and I was thinking I need to get roadside assistance set up before we even attempt to drive it home. You sealed the deal for me! Signing up for Coach net now!!

We've had CN for 10 years and they've always provided outstanding service. Most of my problems have been self-inflicted including running out of gas in my toad. They've never hesitated to help. Recently, I had the 4 rear tires replaced. That Sunday, I discovered a slow leak in one tire. CN sent a truck and had me aired up within an hour so I could get back to the tire shop.

Earlier this year, my truck spun out on black ice and hit a guard rail. When I couldn't reach my insurance company, I called CN and they dispatched a tow truck after telling me accidents aren't covered and I would have to pay the tow company out of pocket. I just wanted to get the truck someplace safe so that was OK by me. CN even called back to be sure the tow truck arrived and my wife and I were safe.

Every interaction I've had with CN has been professional and polite. Can't ask for more than that!

Thanks for the thread! Few thing are more important than roadside assistance when you're in trouble. Good to know Coach-Net is so dependable.

Thankfully we've never needed a tow, but their techs have helped me a couple of times. One time they were able to help me identify an electric power issue over the phone when my dealers service department was unable to.

Interesting comment "accidents aren't covered". Well fool me, I assumed if your vehicle is disabled for ANY reason they provide assistance.

Did I misunderstand something?

We had to be towed twice in a two week period last fall. Coachnet was great each time, we will never be without them.

Your collision or comprehensive coverage will cover towing after an accident, which is why I presume the OP tried to reach his insurance company first. The roadside service or breakdown rates charged would need to be higher if they also covered accidents and would, for the vast majority, be duplicating coverages between two sources. In other words, most of us don't need it from Coach Net, Good Sam, or whoever, we already have it.

Precisely. To make a long story short, we were in a sketchy cell area, it was cold, it was dark and the traffic was scary. So we opted to go with the first provider we could reach. Our insurance eventually covered the tow charge but only well after the fact. We needed a tow right then and there.
