Coach-net was one of the first memberships I bought when I got my coach (used, but new to me). Turns out at the end of a trip, I needed to have the coach towed to Cummins. I called them up, very professional, scheduled a time. Tow truck showed up, we hooked up the coach, towed it to Cummins. I asked the tow truck driver what they charge and I can definitely say the coach-net roadside assistance just paid for itself.

My coach locked up the A/C compressor and broke the serpentine belt on I-79 in WVA. Called Coachnet and had the proper size equipment on scene in about 1 hour driven by a very knowledgeable driver who CAREFULLY hook up the coach and towed it 90 miles to the nearest Freightliner dealer that could do the repairs. My cost was $0 towing bill was $ 893 paid by Coachnet.

We've had the top CoachNet program for almost 4 years (the name changes sometimes-- Platinum, Premier, etc.). We've had two service calls where our only cost was actual onsite repair time. Two other calls each resulted in a 40 mile tow. Our cost for each tow was $0. In all cases the service was prompt, professional and knowledgable. Recommend unequivocally.

Coach Net not only covers your coach, but all your other family vehicles, AND even covers a friends vehicle if you are riding in it when it breaks down.

Don't leave home without it.

Yes, that's what I'm doing when mine expires next month. Looks like Coachnet is better suited to handle our RV needs as well as our personal vehicle needs. Going with their Premier package is going to be a little more expensive than AAA but I feel it is more tailored for us. JMO Randy

Read these two iRV2.com threads for my personal opinion of Coach-Net Premier ERS coverage.

Breakdown in Oregon

Breakdown in Northern British Columbia

Bottom-line I will never be without Coach-Net Premier level coverage.
