Coachmen diesel 37' newbie What am I in for?

Looking at purchase of a Coachmen 37' from 1992 with low miles (35K or less) New dealer installed roof, no leaks, appears clean. New tires around 5K ago. New fridge, new carpet, garage kept. 7.5k diesel generator.
What am I in for?

I would ABSOLUTELY have....:

1) Date stamps on tires read
2) Oil samples checked on the engine, generator, & tranny
3) Radiator samples checked
4) Installed roof = VERY VAGUE.... could be roof seal, could be rubber roof.... its VERY ODD for a dealer to install a complete new roof on a 19 year old coach unless something is very VERY wrong (that is like a $4k + job maybe more)

Also as some will tell you, low miles on a 19 year old oil burner is not necessarily good and possilby bad. Diesel engine like to run not sit.

Approach with caution and do homework and you will be great!

I'm suspicious of the new roof as well. Would like more detail. If garage kept, the roof should have been in pretty good shape? Why was it replaced? Is this a big rebuild project the dealer had the back room work on while things were slow? Warranty on the work done? Would the dealer allow you to take the coach to a shop that specializes in chassis work for a safety check (at your expense)?
