Cold night for those in Florida

Our campground - Rock Crusher Canyon RV Park (Crystal River area) just informed us to run a faucet during the night - just a drip to keep the water flowing. Looks like a deep frost for us - around 30 degrees.

Just a heads up in case you haven't checked the weather. I was going to put a utility light in my wet bay but of course, as soon as I turned on, the light bulb blew. LOL off to the store again.

Best of luck.

Yes it is going to be cold in central Florida tonight. I will probably turn on my tank heaters just to be safe.

30 is not that cold. Won't even frost the pipes. I bet its 30 degrees for 20 minutes. I don't even bother turning the basement heater on if its not below 20 and no problems. No need to panic ;-)

In So. Calif. it sometimes gets down to 28 degrees, we have never had a problem, as we don't winterize.

Sorry to hear that!

In southern California we have been 8-10 degrees ABOVE normal for this time of year for the last two weeks and our normal is 68F for this time of year.

You guys are just on the wrong side of the country.

Somehow, from where I'm located, I can't feel sorry for you. I tried though.

How is it one careless match can start a forest fire but it takes a whole box to start a campfire?

Everything is relative to what is the normal. In south Florida it's going to get down to the low 50s. Brrrrr, guess I need to find long pants, socks and slippers. Maybe even a sweater!
