Cold Water Leak - What and Where?

I have cold water dripping from the bottom of my Phaeton. It looks like it is coming down an open-ended vertical pipe that's about 1 to 1.5 inch in diameter. It is forward of the head, in the vicinity of where the toilet spray hose disappears into the wall. The furnace compartment is above the pipe, and I can't figure out how to access that area from either the inside or outside of the coach.

Anyone know what that pipe's function is? Any guess about what's leaking? I'm guessing that it might be a diverter valve or a hose connection in the area I haven't been able to access. Does anyone know how to get to the diverter valve?

Cold Water Leak - What and Where?

Just a thought - would that be the air conditioner condensate drain pipe from roof top A/Cs? Or fridge fin condensate drain?

I thought it might be an AC drain, but my condensate runs off the edges of the coach roof. The fridge is on the other side of the coach, so its not that. Besides, the ACs have been off for two days and the flow hasn't subsided.

Is it the drain for the fresh water tank and the drain valve is leaking by......?
Open the drain valve for the fresh water tank and see if the flow picks up, then if it does, open and close it several times and see if it stops.

Possibly a low point drain with a leaky valve.

Fresh tank drain and low point drain are both on the other side of the coach, in the wet bay. Calling Tiffin may have to be my next step.
