Cold weather camping

How cold of weather is reasonably tolerable for staying in campgrounds? Some of the campgrounds we need to stay at over the middle of this week are going to have overnight lows around 10 degrees. Our class A is kind of a fair weather type with single pain windows and skimpy insulation but the furnace, water heater, etc. all work nicely.

This is a trip that must be done now and we're thinking about flying instead.

Any advice is appreciated.

Jupoa,

I would first compare the costs of air travel vs. RV travel and what you need to accomplish on this trip.
I feel that full hookups would be a necessity at low temperatures where
burst pipes may occur and icy, treacherous roads may slow you down or impair your safety.
Only you can decide the answer and make the decision.
My two cents and worth every penney,

Steve

Many of us camp and use our Motorhomes in cold weather and even extreme cold weather. It brings on many new challenges.

You may want to check out this link and do a search for others.
