Lots of scams on CraigsList, but if you shop local it is valuable.
Be my guess that this sale is a scam, the Craigslist ad has been removed! I tried to get more info and pictures on this very MH over 6 mo.s ago, and emailed the guy numerous times. I got nothing out of him, other than he wanted a deposit to hold! Red Flag! So beware! There is a just as nice one on RVtrader right now for 14,900 in TX. at a reputable dealer!
