Completed upgrades & modifications

Here are a few pictures of some of the upgrades & modifications I have completed. I would be happy to share project details if anyone is interested in these DIY projects.

Excellent job! Here is my question about your floor since we are considering the same wood/vinyl floor job. Did you consider removing the tile to reduce weight and have the entire floor covered with the same surface, at least in the living room/kitchen?

They are Clay Madison recliners sold by Champion Products. They sometimes sell them on eBay at a much reduced price. I think they are their Marquee line.

My floor is engineered hickory hardwood. No I did not consider removing the tile in the kitchen area because I like having tile in the food prep area.
