Talking Computer desk

Has any one built their own desk, looking for blue prints. I have an area
72 " long and will be placed in a 34 " slide. I would like an angle desk with a credenza

I built my own, as have several others. Mine area is much smaller than yours, so my desk is about 32 x 24, with a flip up extension (it is located across one end of a slide, so I can raise the extension once the slide is out). Just one drawer, and space below for printer and case. Desktop is corian and sides are cherry, to match the rest of the coach.

I have not but I have seen some beauties built by the Amish at some FMCA Rallies.

We are in the discussion stages with Greg Mies of From Trees To These on building us a desk/work station in our MH. He has tons of pictures available on his site on Facebook and also his website (but he was having trouble with his website), www.fromtreestothese.com .

The above is his face book page. You may have to copy and paste if it doesn't show as a link.

Hi,

The desk I designed doesn't have the angle you're talking about but here's what we ended up with in our motorhome.

This is about the same size as what you're thinking of. There's a slide out work surface above the 3 drawers on the left. The cabinet on the right opens up and has vertical movable partitions which is where my wife stores her various artist papers, mats, canvases, etc. We had the desk done to match the rest for the coach interior and it looks factory.

Good luck with your project!
