Connections For Direct TV

I currently have a 2014 Coachmen Encounter 37TZ and need to find out where the splitter for the cable/satellite connections might be. I had to run a cable between the dining room tv and living room tv off of a splitter inside since the only connection for satellite went to the tv in the dining area. When I tried connecting to the normal cable tv connection it said no signal found.

I don't think you can use a normal "splitter" to split a satellite signal. I think multi switches are used for that.
