Cons & Pros on the new 2012 Alegro 36

I'm looking to buy the 2012 Tifffin Alegro 36 1&1/2 bath I like the quality of it.
Previously looked at the Forest River Georgetown 360 I think it's cheaply made. Does anybody have any input on that issue.

Which dealer do you suppose I buy from?

thanks

Howdy and welcome to the forum. Personally, I'd choose the Allegro over the FR product. Ultimately, it comes down to the one you like best and the livability of the floorplan.

I have no idea about dealers since I live in Texas. Good luck with your choice.

Hi Bluestones,

I'm not sure which Tiffin you're looking at. There is a bath and a half floorplan available on a 38' Allegro RED, a 40' and 42' Phaeton, and a 40' and 43' Allegro Bus (all diesel pushers); but I don't see any 36' model with a bath and a half.

At any rate, it doesn't matter which Tiffin model or floorplan you're looking at; you can't go wrong with any Tiffin product IMO. Tiffin really stands behind their products and are second to none in customer service.

We bought a Phaeton from Davis Motorhome Mart in Memphis after getting quotes from around the country. They gave us the best deal and the purchase process was great. If you get a chance go down to Red Bay while it's being built, its an incredible experience!

Aha, I found it. It isn't in the Allegro brochure, but it is listed by itself on the Tiffin web site. Looks like a nice floorplan, especially since it's on a 24,000 lb GVWR chassis.
