Short Class A, Cummins pusher, Freightliner chassis. Unless you can afford a Monaco with a Roadmaster chassis. 3 slides is great, 2 slides is good.
Why? Short 34' or less because most National parks have restrictions on length, so do the mountain passes. Cummins, because I have a Cummins and a Cat, and I am also a diesel mechanic. You can't beat a Cummins. Freightliner chassis because they have the experience in heavy truck chassis, air suspentions etc.etc.,plus they are now owned by Daimler (Benz) with all the quality control habits. Roadmaster if you can because they are built by Monaco as needed for every coach they build. Slides, self explanatory.
