You would have to see the pictures to ascertain the amount of damage. You also need to know the entire story that includes possible mold or mildew that might be present due to the amount of water intrusion and the effect it might have on the person(s) using he motorhome.

I thought 10 k wasn't bad myself. For me NADA guide prices are a good baseline, but I am not certain that they reflect real time/real world market prices

Thanks again everyone. I have spoken to the sellers, and had the RV inspected by a RV body shop. According to their inspection, they gave me full confidence the RV is solid.....With me NOT being an RV expert, that is what I will be going on.

I have decided to go with this unit. I think it will be good for me, and my situation. I have the ability, along with some good friends, to do the work ourselves, and over time. For a fraction of the cost any cummins dealer or mechanic would charge.

I'll take some pictures of the delivery, and update this thread, along with probably starting a new one. You all have been great. Chat soon!

That's great! I am glad that it checked out for you. It's always nice to know what's going on with the mh before you buy it. Enjoy and let me know if you have any questions.

Congratulations!
This is just my opinion. Buy the rv you want, use it and enjoy it.
If every decision you make is singlely money based, the chance to enjoy it is very limited.
It will only be a bad investment if you don't use it!
