It changes based on system load and battery voltage requirements. Things like fridge control board, steps control boards, digital thermostats, etc. draw amperage. The converter senses these things (parasitic loads) and keeps the voltage up to support them.

Tlaked with Randy at best convertor and he said to replace it with a powermax 60amp should be here friday or monday. Hopefully it will all be good and an easy swap. Thanks again everybody for the help and thanks to Randy and his crew good peeps....
