Converter Quetion

I have 2006 Fleetwood Bounder. I had my refrigerator replaced by camping world and now the fan on the converter constantly runs on shore power even with nothing turned on . I took it to another RV repair and they said the converter is okay and not sure why it is running. They checked all the batteries (coach and engine), both okay. Help

Was the electric/propane refrigerator replaced with a residential refrigerator? Was there an inverter installed to run a new residential refrigerator? Looking to see what if anything changed.
