***A little secret***We have the Sharp Micro/Convection with the two round metal racks. I bought a couple extra of the "Grill Mats", those black mats you put on your BBQ. I cut them into a round shape so that they were just slightly bigger than the round racks. I place the "Grill Mats" onto the round racks and the cookies atop the mats. They cook great, get great circulation and I use both racks at the same time. When done, just rinse them off.
I also use the "Grill Mats" for convection cooking chicken and steak. It works great and the meat comes out more tender then I can do on the BBQ.
