First I would like to say I have had a Cornerstone plan and haven't used it, but I got some first hand experience in early May with our best friends who was traveling with us to Flagstaff and they broke down. I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! After the horrible experience they had, with me there to witness the conversations and dealings with them, I canceled my policy when I got home.The entire story is too long to go into, but in short they take no responsibility for the training of their employees, extremely rude on the phone, terrible follow up, and will look for every conceivable reason to find a way to not cover the repairs. The couple we were traveling with are now involving their attorney to take legal action. Like most people on this forum we know that you have to really look at your contract closely and follow everything to the letter! But when you have the company's own representative lead you down the wrong path, and then that persons supervisor says well she doesn't know what she's doing, ( I heard this on speaker phone) is a company I would never do business with.
