Cornerstone Extended Warranty reviews?

Thank you for the replies, I appreciate it.
Cornerstone is what the dealer was offering so we have the "best package they offer" according to the dealer. Which I believe covers everything on the rig except what wears out with normal wear.

Even their best warranty excludes some parts so I would read it carefully. Not saying its bad, sounds like you have the exclusionary warranty so thats a good thing.

Bought a Cornerstone policy with the used 2012 Canyon Star I purchased in 2013. Had auto level system go out, front stairs, and three AC units go bad. AC units covered by the manufacturer, but Cornerstone picked up the rest! Glad I bought it as it would have already paid for itself if I had to pick up the AC costs!

First I would like to say I have had a Cornerstone plan and haven't used it, but I got some first hand experience in early May with our best friends who was traveling with us to Flagstaff and they broke down. I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! After the horrible experience they had, with me there to witness the conversations and dealings with them, I canceled my policy when I got home.The entire story is too long to go into, but in short they take no responsibility for the training of their employees, extremely rude on the phone, terrible follow up, and will look for every conceivable reason to find a way to not cover the repairs. The couple we were traveling with are now involving their attorney to take legal action. Like most people on this forum we know that you have to really look at your contract closely and follow everything to the letter! But when you have the company's own representative lead you down the wrong path, and then that persons supervisor says well she doesn't know what she's doing, ( I heard this on speaker phone) is a company I would never do business with.
