Correct oil capacity (with filter) and oil pressure (operating) of a 454 in a P30 ??

Getting ready to do a engine oil and filter change on my 1995 FW Flair (see sig).

Also, my oil pressure at operating speed and temp (around 210 degrees) hovers around 80. Is that too high ????

Thanks in advance.

Btw, I'm using 10W-30.

Should I switch to a thinner synthetic blend/oil viscosity to lower the oil pressure if indeed it's reading too high ??

I have a 95 Brave P30 454

10wt-30 is the recommended oil for that motor and year.

My gauge shows almost 80 at 210 degrees

7 quarts with the filter is what the book says

I usually add 6.5 quarts, start it then add to get it close to the full line

Honestly, I would not be concerned with your oil pressure, if its going to keep you up at night, you can get a mechanical gauge to verify your PSI

How many miles on the engine?

My rig has about 68,000 miles.

Thanks for your helpful answers.
