I don't know where you are going with this. All batteries eventually fail. I abhor acid leakage and corrosion. I had two Cabela AGM batteries fail to take a full charge about 10 years ago and Cabelas replaced them free of charge. In the meantime I have 9 Cabelas AGM batteries installed in my motorhome and boats. In addition 5 batteries went with a motorhome and a boat that I traded in. There have been no further fails and no acid leakage.

It would be interesting to see if Cabela's new owners will still stand behind their batteries like the Cabela's family would...
