couchman mirada opinion

ok so I am looking for a smaller class a and have come across a few 2007 couchman mirada's. 2 out of 4 salesman have told me to stay away.
I have beed told an entry level home but that doesnt bother me, but also told they are junk and have no resale, something about lawsuits against couchman.
the ones I have looked at are in really nice shape, less then 30000kms,
the newer v10 with the five speed. Anyone have experience with this manufacturer or opinions they can share ?

The Mirada is the entry level Class A for the Coachman line. That means they use low-cost materials for the coach construction and will not have any added bells and whistles. If you are OK with that as you say and are not going to be using the motorhome on an extended basis (only short, occasional camping trips) then it might fit your needs fine.
The Ford chassis is the same one as is used in any other Ford based motorhome, regardless of price, so no worries there.
The real gamble is how much trouble could it give you? Maybe none - maybe lots. Higher quality coaches "usually" will hold up better, but not always, so any of them are a gamble.
Best of luck in your search!
