The Mirada is the entry level Class A for the Coachman line. That means they use low-cost materials for the coach construction and will not have any added bells and whistles. If you are OK with that as you say and are not going to be using the motorhome on an extended basis (only short, occasional camping trips) then it might fit your needs fine.
The Ford chassis is the same one as is used in any other Ford based motorhome, regardless of price, so no worries there.
The real gamble is how much trouble could it give you? Maybe none - maybe lots. Higher quality coaches "usually" will hold up better, but not always, so any of them are a gamble.
