I've found CW to be a crap shoot when getting service. One time it was fine, the other not so much. Those are the only two times I've tried them in 5yrs. of fulltiming. Won't use them again since it's a 50/50 chance of getting competent work done.

Not to worry, he has a Cross Country and not a Country Coach. CW should be able to handle it.

Of the people that have had problems with camping world have you called camping world customer service at a headquarters level. If they do not know about a problem how can you expect them to make service better. I had a problem with the camping world at North Little Rock, Arkansas and I called corporate customer service. Within a short period of time less than an hour if I call correctly the manager was on the phone and we had a nice discussion about my problem. He fixed my issues changed the oil and flushed my cooling system for free and every time I have been in there I have had great service.
