Thanks for all the info. I would like a 40' but if it will not fit in my driveway plus it must have 4 slides so a 36' fits the bill right now my 5er has 3 slides with a 13'6" inside when the 2 slides are out. I lived in my 5er for 2 years while working on the dam at Mt. StHelens. We will be going out looking at a few coaches with tape in hand just to see how small the living space is.
My daughter has a 05 36' Monaco with a C7 Cat with 2 slides and that would never work for me just no room. I know that we could remove the carpet and install tile and she said that would happen. I like the side radiator plus it is new with ELC coolant in it just have to look at it. The Tiffin is almost 800mi away so that would be a road trip, no big deal. Will be looking at a 2011 36' Tiffin in a few days it is the same as the 2008 inside.

Like the side radiator, have one. Big reason for buying our new coach. Having said that I know many happy owners of both cc and Phaeton. The check on the tiffin issues having been resolved. IMHO, Tiffin.
