Covered storage for MH + toad in either Phoenix or Tucson area

Does anybody know a reasonable priced covered/enclosed storage facility for a 37' MH and Jeep Wrangler toad in/around Tucson or Phoenix? Having problems finding a space, will need the space by 1st week of April for 10 months or longer. Any help would be appreciated!

I've used #1 RV and Boat Storage Facility in Arizona | Park 'N Shade RV in Tucson for summer storage in the past. They are a little out of the way but usually have space available and are quite a bit cheaper than Phoenix. They also have a Casa Grande location but I don't have any first hand knowledge about that facility.

We were told that there is one in Cottonwood too. Off of your preferred location, but just in case.

We live in Casa Grande, roughly half way between Phoenix and Tucson. We use Park N Shade RV Storage (140 W Cottonwood Lane, 520-421-9744). I don't know if they have any open spaces; they're usually full during the winter months.
