Cracked Windshield

On our last trip to Yellowstone my windshield developed a crack from top to bottom in front of the driver.

I assume I caused the crack while trying to level the RV. At least that seams to be the most likely cause. No rock chips or anything to start the crack.

Now for my question. This is a very clean crack. No chipping of the glass along the crack and no cracks taking of perpendicular to the single main crack. I'm heading for CA in a couple weeks and wonder what my chances of loosing the windshield while traveling are.

this crack could have came from any kind of sway bar update or air bag updates to bags to air lines form them

so if it did come from some thing like that you could see more latter on the way home

do you have any blue painters tap with you or black tap

if so add 2 small pieces of tap one on the dash and one on the window its self and see if it moving in the frame .. the tap well show this really good is the tap is placed right but to but

truth be told tho thats a hard drive up to yellowston
