Creaking noise from front end

I have a creaking sound from front end as coach is moving and front end sways from uneven road surface....

Thought it might be shocks so had them all replaced last week.... still have noise....

Everything appears to be functioning perfectly except for the creaking noise....

Just looked underneath and everything looks tight.....

Any ideas....

I too have creaking or maybe popping sounds from both the front and rear suspension when the coach sways while turning sharply at slow speed. Otherwise everything has been inspected and is tight. I have to wonder if manufacturers use polyurethane bushings for the sway bar ends. Polyurethane is greased when installed but the grease must be renewed from time-to-time to avoid the creaking/popping. Hopefully someone else will know.

I'm not sure what chassis you have, (you might put it in your signature line)

On my F53,

Shocks - You already mentioned you replaced them

Grease the front end, there are 9 points that need grease

SWAY BAR - Check the sway bar bushings. If the bushings look bad, replace them, If they look OK, put a small dab of silicon paste (spark plug dielectric grease) on them where they contact the sway bar. They need to be removed to do this..

SWAY BAR LINKS - dielectric grease in the bushings and bolts.

CHF - Now would be a great time to do the CHF since everything needs to be torn apart to grease it. If you do the CHF - Extend the links by about 3 inches.
