I think a little information to back that up would be appropriate. I've had awning work done there and they have been outstanding...

4 weeks turned into 6
check Engine light kept coming on> Long story, but had to put on new oil filter $850.00 later,
paid to check batteries, coach was dead when picked up, one set of batteries bad. I AM SURE they were never checked
supposedly tune the Hydro Hot, wouldnt run at all a day after i picked up smoked like crazy when we did get to run, credible service got to run fine after he tuned it up
Paint job was good, repeatedly asked to touch up little chips, never did, I promised touch up paint. they forgot>

I thought Creative Coach was a collision repair (body work) and interior remodeling shop. I gather from your comments that they are expanding into general service work? Perhaps not very successfully? Maybe they should stick with body work and cabinetry!

Yeah, I had Creative repair some hail damage(replaced both radius's..or would that be radii?) 2yrs. ago. Along with replacing both A/C shrouds and painting to match coach. They did an outstanding job matching my custom paint job. I didn't think they did mechanical work at that time.

Thank you for the heads up! I attempted to commission them for DW's passenger seat. They responded via e-mail saying they were way too busy! Tried many times there after to set an appointment as we wanted some custom ceiling work also. No reply, either to e-mail or phone. I went on to read the Google reviews which were very negatively slanted. However there is another business directly across the street that is in direct competition, their reviews were excellent. Glad they did not get back with us!
