cruise control

I have a 03 travel supreme and on the way back from yuma to ontario we whent over some bumpy roads,the cruise worked great until after awhile it started to go off it finally got worse until it doesent come on atall is there some kind of circuit that could cause this prob. thanks pk42

Not trying to be funny but it sounds like a loose circuit. I would try back tracing the wiring from the steering column or where ever the CC switch is.

There are two things that disengage the cruise control. (Besides the on off switch.) That is the brake light switch and the taillights. Your brake light switch turns it off when you hit the brakes. Check the adjustment on the switch. Also make sure all taillights are working. A loose bulb can cause this.
