cummins 24 valve 5.9

we have a 99 coachman with the 275 hp cummins 24 vavle 5.9
is this the same as used in dodge pick up trucks ?
was thinking if it was ? then most parts you could buy at napa / autozone
ect. if needed something out on the road ?

It is the same "basic" engine...5.9L ISB Cummins. However, some parts are different when put on a MH...check before buying.

Basic engine is Cummins, many of the accessories are put on by Freightliner and are commercial parts. (air condition compressor, alternator, air dryer etc)
