Cummins 330 diesel water temp. range

High, I was traveling today and climbed to 8000 ft in my Monaco Dip. An alarm went off as the water temp hit 200 degrees. Does anyone know the normal range of temp for a Cummins 330hp engine?

On our ISC the range is 180 to 220, with 220 being the point that the check engine alarm/light comes on and the engine derates.
At the Redmond FMCA rally I had two Cummins tech's check ours and they said the thermostat isn't fully open till 200 so 190 to 195 on the flats isn't a worry.
