Customer Service From THOR

We just finished a 4 week trip and on our way home from Florida we had lost the lens cover from the middle front clearance light.(16" long with 3 bulbs) Did not notice it missing until we got home and I was washing the RV. And thinking back DW and I think we know when it happened, because we thought it was a bird hitting the RV. Anyway, I call THOR customer service number and talked to a rep to see if I could get a parts number so I could order a new light. He asked for the last 8 digits of the vin and in a moment he gave me the parts number. But then he said he would send me a new one as a good will gesture for being a THOR owner. This was Tuesday and today UPS pulled up with the new light that I needed. This is the third time THOR has treated me very well and that is why we are looking at another THOR coach as our next home on wheels.
