Damon Intruder Coach Water Pump

What steps can I take to check if electric coach water pump is working?
Filled up my water tank, turned on the valves and here the pump, but now water.
After storing for winter are there steps that I am missing?
Thank you,

Does the unit have a line near the pump for winterizing? If so that valve needs to be turned so the pump will draw from the tank. What year Damon?
Where is the pump located?

CC..... Happy Rving!!

Thank you for your quick response. It is a 2002 Damon Intruder. Yes I did make sure lines were open.
I suspected that it might be something that was over my head so I took it into a shop today. Hopefully it is a simple fix.
Thank you again for your help and suggestions.
